A few years ago I went to a listing presentation and noticed somethings that a previous agent / company was using that I know came from my own presentations. The greatest compliment I could ever receive is when someone copies bits and pieces of things I have created etc., over the 40 + years of being in this industry. I don't want their compliments. I share tools used and more. There are times in the videos that I share data that only I have collected from the MLS and no one else took the time to collect. I've been collecting certain data since 1997
